We will provide a One-off after-sales repair service for 1 year from the date of purchase.
We are Happy to repair it for you.
- If the product is broken related to the sewing part (Stitching on the product, hands, leaves)
- The product loses the original sharpe.
- The flower on the fabric gracilius is broken due to normal wear and tear.
- Please enclose this guarantee card with your product (We can't offer the after-sales service without this guarantee card)
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost if they want to repair, and we will take care of the shipping cost when sending it back.
